Rates and Cancellation Policy:
The Grizzly Den: $295 + tax per night for two adults. (+$40 for every additional guest over 7 years old).
The Moose Nugget: $295 + tax per night for two adults. (+$40 for every additional guest over 7 years old).
The Loons Nest: $260 + tax per night for two adults. (+$40 for every additional guest over 7 years old).
The Trapline: $260 + tax per night for two adults. (+$40 for every additional guest over 7 years old).
The Beavers Hideaway: $295 + tax per night for two adults. (+$40 for every additional guest over 7 years old).
The Denali View: $350 + tax per night for four adults. (+$40 for every additional guest over 7 years old).
For pet-friendly cabins (The Loon’s Nest and Denali View Cabins), add $30 if there are pets.
Please note that all listed rates are before additional charges, including a $70 cleaning fee, a 5% Mat-Su Borough Bed Tax, and a 4% generator surcharge. All cabins have a two-night minimum stay.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are secured with a credit card number. If unexpected circumstances require you to cancel, we must receive notice of the cancellation 30 days before your arrival date, or we will charge your account for half of your stay including tax. Less than 30 days, you will not be charged if we are able to re-book the cabin for the full duration of your stay.
No shows will be charged for the reservation total including tax.
